Who operates Zaokit ClaudeOps?
Zaokit ClaudeOps is operated by an Australian registered company. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and every payment comes with an official receipt and invoice.
What is the difference between 1x, 5x and 20x?
The main difference is usage. 5x and 20x give you 5 and 20 times the Standard allowance. Everything else is the same, and higher plans get higher-priority support.
Which plan should I choose?
Choose 1x for everyday chat and writing, 5x if you code with Claude Code every day, and 20x for multiple agents or heavy round-the-clock use. Not sure? Start lower and upgrade any time.
How do I actually use it? Remote Mac or local?
Both work. Use whichever suits you:
1. Remote desktop (VNC): connect to your dedicated Mac with macOS Screen Sharing, RealVNC, TigerVNC or similar. You get the full macOS desktop and terminal, ready to go, and long tasks keep running.
2. Drive it from your local tools: control the remote Claude environment from your local workflow and dev tools, with no local proxy or network hassles. The remote Mac becomes your dedicated compute back end.
How are my code and data kept secure and private?
Every customer gets a dedicated physical Mac on a single-tenant model, with no shared containers. Your session history, source code and environment variables stay on your own instance. You set your own access passwords and encryption, and our team only handles connectivity and billing.
Where are the machines located?
Our machines are in Australia, the United States, Singapore, New Zealand and Canada. Pick your preferred region at checkout, and we assign you a fixed machine for the long term.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Changes apply from your next billing cycle. If you need an upgrade straight away, contact us and we will charge the difference.
What if something goes wrong?
Contact us straight away. We prioritise troubleshooting and get you back up and running as fast as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept? Can I get an invoice?
We accept online subscriptions via Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, billed in AUD, USD, EUR, NZD, CAD or SGD. Stripe issues an official receipt and invoice automatically. For multi-account business plans, email us.
